All HUD or US HUD…Don’t Use Them

Fellow Realtors,
Most of you have probably been contacted at some point by an organization called US HUD or ALL HUD. They provide web sites and lead generation based on HUD home searches over the internet. While the quality of their leads is debatable, their custom service is the problem. I recently tried them for three months, and not being happy with the lead quality, called and cancelled. Imagine my surprise when they billed me again this month. Should be simple, right? Not so. Rather than acknowledging their error, they asked who I spoke to, and could I prove I called. Then, rather than simply refunding the monthly fee, stated that it was MY responsibility to prove that I cancelled. I guess the days of trusting your customer and accepting responsibility for your own company errors has long since died. Rather than have this happen to you, I suggest avoiding them all together.

Hello, the Huntington Beach Police Department is looking for a missing 11year old autistic boy. His name is Bryce. He is a male white, brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a white t-shirt and blue shorts. He was last seen riding a silver BMX style bike on Hopetown Ln at 3:15 pm. This is in the area of Magnolia St between Indianapolis and Atlanta. If you see anybody matching the description please notify the police department immediately.
