Among the top 0.5% of all Realtors in Orange County, Ken Dixon has been featured in the Orange County Register and the Huntington Beach Wave for his work in local real estate. Ken has developed a The Dixon Team with systems to service both buyers and sellers, yet provides each client with customized service specific to their needs. Ken places an emphasis on education and providing as much information as possible on the ever changing market to clients and non-clients alike. Ken has specific expertise in working with lenders on default properties, both as an REO representative and as a consumer advocate through Short Sales. He maintains awareness of upcoming trends and issues affecting the market through Default Servicing News, Tom Ferry Coaching, Inman News, Foreclosure Radar, and REO Connection. He is a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE) and REO Professional.
Ken lives in Huntington Beach with his wife Thyra, twin sons Corbin and Connor, and daughter Kirra. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Ken served in the U.S. Army as an Artillery Officer. He also worked in corporate America for several large Information Technology companies. He is an active member of First Christian Church located at Main and Adams.
